Ive been with Graf Property Management for 10 years now, and couldn’t be more pleased. An example of their care… I had an issue with lack of lighting in our older model condo, I made one phone call to Graf Property Management and they handled it from there… Had an electrician over right away. Not only installed can lighting but removed popcorn ceiling as well, painted & hired cleaners to mitigate the mess. All done efficiently & timely!

If you are thinking of renting a property, I don’t know how you could do any better than Graf Property Management. I had the pleasure of working with Graf Property Management for a condo I was renting in Vista, CA and was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and attention to detail. They are hands down the BEST EVER!!! Not only did they take care of anything I needed immediately, but went above and beyond to make sure I had upgraded appliances, a new toilet and several other perks within the first few weeks of taking over from another company that the owner had used prior to meeting Robin at Graf.

I wanted to write to you today and let you know how much I appreciate Graf Property Management. I have been a renter for over 3 years now. Whenever I have an issue with my home, I always get a prompt response as well as prompt repairs. Thank you for replacing our refrigerator when the other one no longer was working. I know that the owner did not have to replace it, but he did thanks to GPM. Your property management company is top-notch as far as I am concerned. I have rented from several other property management companies and I can tell you that GPM is by far the best I have rented from.

We have rented many different homes over the years, but the experience we have had with your property management group has definitely been one of the best!
