For the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure of Graf Property Management taking care of my townhouse in Vista, CA. The professional staff, led by Robin Etheridge, goes above and beyond to meet their client’s needs for the properties that they manage.

As a client I have had no problems with communication regarding the tenant, repairs on the property, or deposits of rent moneys to my account. Why, you ask, is this so important? I am an out-of-town landlord and completely dependent on Robin and her staff to manage all the details of my investment. I receive monthly statements detailing all expenses and income. Twice a year visual inspections are done and photographs are sent for me to review and evaluate the conditions of the townhouse’s interior. Should there be a need for any service or repairs, I know I can rely on Graf Property Management to provide licensed skilled tradesmen to complete the job.

Recently, Robin handled the sale of the above property, ironing out all the details and dealing with conflicts and problems that can become road blocks to a successful sale for her client.
